Account Executive

Are you a highly organised and motivated Account Executive seeking a challenging role within a Boutique Agency?

This is a new Account Executive role with the company, working closely with the Creative Producer and the creative team.

What does the Account Executive role involve?

This is a varied role supporting the Creative Producer.You'll need to be able to hit the ground running in this role, as you'll be expected to take on a range of responsibilities from the start which include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with the Creative Producer and creative team to ensure exceptional support services.

  • Accurately completing the daily administration duties.

  • Keeping track of financial administration, invoicing and budget preparation/analysis.

  • Acting as the clients point of contact in the absence of the Creative Producer.

  • Preparing for meetings and welcoming clients and other guests to the agency.

  • Attending in-house meetings, taking minutes where appropriate, to ensure points of action are recorded and distributed.

  • Working with studio schedule to manage external and internal meetings/team building sessions.

  • Providing support to other management members during busy periods and as needed.

  • Managing IT / Infrastructure and office suppliers.

What skills / experience do I need to be a successful Account Executive in the Entertainment Industry?

  • You might have worked in an administrative, customer service or sales/account support-based role before, ideally within an agency, and be eager to flourish in our unique company culture

  • You must be naturally highly organised and dedicated to ensuring your work in accurate and effective.

  • You should be a multi-tasker, capable of working with multiple clients and supporting busy team members with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

  • You will have exceptional administration and communication skills, listening, written and verbal! Additional languages would be beneficial but not required.

  • Time management will be key to ensuring your customers and team are delighted by your service.

  • Have a "can do" attitude as you will find this role can be quite busy and you will want to take on the challenge!

You should be looking to progress your career as we are looking for someone to join who would like to develop themselves and commit to the company.

Knowledge of/Interest in the entertainment industry would be beneficial!

In return for being a successful and motivated Account Executive you will receive a competitive package:

Basic Salary £24,000 to £28,000 experience and skills dependent.

Creatives Midweight & Senior 

Seeking a Midweight-Senior Designer role in an award-winning London creative Agency? Love the film and entertainment industry? Are we what you are looking for?


At All City Media, we are a fast paced, boutique, creative agency in the Entertainment Industry with clients from L.A to Auckland. We’re currently looking for a talented Midweight or Senior Designer to come and work with us in our London studio. This “special” someone needs to have some major pen to monitor skills across all modern methods with a deep passion for creativity and design. We are a full service agency so you will be comfortable working across digital and print and able to translate a campaign across different mediums.


We work as a team across all creative projects so you will excel at free flow brainstorm sessions and will be able to quickly and concisely communicate an idea to the rest of the team. Teamwork and communication is key here.

We have a detailed growth plan mapped, so there is a real opportunity to carve your own career and grow with the business. This is a full time role with the head office based in Clerkenwell area within walking distance of Farringdon and Chancery Lane tubes.

The person we are seeking will need to contribute to our concepting and campaign development, help create engaging film campaign experiences, bring brands to life.

So what does the Creative Designer role involve? You will:

  • Produce creative concepts in response to clients brief and creative strategy internally outlined

  • Understand the client's need to explore different options, iterate and be enthusiastic about delivering new solutions to their needs

  • Collaborate seamlessly with the studio leading and assisting your fellow team members under the guidance of the Creative Director

  • Diligently work with the deadlines provided by the Creative Producer and Account lead
    manage your own time to ensure all deadlines are met

  • take any concept, whether entirely your own or the team’s, and see it through to delivery

  • Your main deliverables will include : Key Art, OOH, DOOH, Press advertising, Title Treatments, Title and credit sequences, Campaign decks, Pitch decks, AV themematics, Social creative

What you need to excel at this role:

  • You will have at 2-3 years studio / agency experience working on multiple projects concurrently without losing your eye for detail, ideally within the Entertainment Industry.

  • You have a proven track record of producing, world-class creative that connect with audiences and break through the cultural zeitgeist.

  • You will be able to wow us with your speed and skill in Adobe Creative Suite, constantly evolving these technical skills.

  • You love art and design, international TV and film content and are up to date with the entertainment marketing creative landscape and latest trends, and always looking to push creative boundaries.

  • Do you suit this Entertainment Industry Midweight/Senior Designer role?

  • You are a natural team player and leader with an ability to conceptualise and articulate creative ideas that people rally around.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, possess a high level of emotional IQ and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment and decision making skills in the face of ambiguity.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to flourish, learn and grow in our unique company culture.

  • You will be an emotionally intelligent team player, with experience of giving and taking constructive criticism of your own and others’ ideas.

  • You will have exceptional typographic and layout skills.

  • Front end development experience / knowledge of HTML, CSS beneficial.

  • Motion graphics experience and 3D Modelling or animation skills / experience beneficial.

In return for your role as Midweight or Senior Designer, you will receive a competitive salary of: £28,000 - £42,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Creative Internship - (Paid)

Are you a talented design graduate or in the last year of your studies looking to gain some studio experience, and get the proverbial 'foot in the door'? 

You will get a chance to participate in creative meetings, share your ideas and get to grips with the pace and flow of an award-winning creative studio.

The ideal candidate will:

  • live and breathe design.

  • be an original creative thinker able to communicate your ideas.

  • be able to demonstrate competency in all Creative Suite packages.  

  • be able to take direction and assist senior creatives as required.

  • polite and amenable happy to tackle any job large or small. 

Either part-time or full-time flexible hours  - (3 -6 months with the possibility to extend)
